The invention discloses a tail rope swing and kink detection system and detection method based on a millimeter wave radar. The working process of the tail rope swing and kink detection system based on the millimeter wave radar comprises the following steps: S1, environment analysis; s2, equipment installation; s3, starting inspection of the radar robot; s4, analyzing swinging and twisting of the tail rope; s5, tail rope swinging and twisting abnormity processing; s6, the radar detection device resumes inspection; and S7, report generation. The detection method of the mine hoist tail rope swing and kink detection system based on the millimeter wave radar has the advantage of small propagation attenuation, has a good penetrating effect on underground smoke, dust and water vapor, does not depend on a light source, can realize detection of swing and kink of the tail rope in an all-weather manner, and adapts to a light-free environment in an actual working condition of the tail rope; synchronous real-time detection of a plurality of elevator tail ropes can be realized, the detection efficiency is high, the detection real-time performance is good, and rapid early warning can be realized when a tail rope fault occurs.

    本发明公开了一种基于毫米波雷达的尾绳摆动与扭结检测系统及检测方法。基于毫米波雷达的尾绳摆动与扭结检测系统的工作过程包括以下步骤:S1、环境分析;S2、设备安装;S3、雷达机器人巡检开始;S4、尾绳的摆动与扭结分析;S5、尾绳摆动与扭结异常处理;S6、雷达检测装置恢复巡检;S7、报告生成。本发明的于毫米波雷达的矿井提升机尾绳摆动与扭结检测系统的检测方法,具有传播衰减小的优点,对于井下烟、尘和水汽的穿透效果好,不依赖光源,能够全天候实现尾绳摆动与扭结的检测,适应尾绳实际工况中的无光环境;可以实现多根提升机尾绳的同步实时检测,检测效率高,检测实时性好,能够在尾绳故障的发生时快速预警。
