The invention discloses a simulation test system of an aircraft, which relates to the field of aircrafts and comprises a test box body, a horizontal mounting seat, a vertical mounting seat, an excitation transducer, a concentrated force simulation unit, a horizontal centering unit, a vertical centering unit, a temperature and humidity simulation unit, an acquisition module and a comprehensive control unit. The test piece is installed on the excitation transducer, and the excitation transducer provides high-frequency load excitation in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction for the test piece. The concentrated force simulation unit provides concentrated force static loads in the horizontal and vertical directions for the test piece; the horizontal centering unit and the vertical centering unit are respectively used for counteracting concentrated force acting on the excitation transducer in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, so that the vibration output end of the excitation transducer, the horizontal mounting seat and the vertical mounting seat are always in working neutral positions, and normal excitation can be realized; the temperature and humidity simulation unit provides a temperature and humidity environment for the test piece; the comprehensive control unit carries out coordinated control on the units, and vibration-concentrated force-temperature compound control is achieved.

    本发明公开了飞行器的模拟试验系统,涉及飞行器领域,包括试验箱体、水平安装座、竖直安装座、激振换能器、集中力模拟单元、水平定中单元、竖直定中单元、温湿度模拟单元、采集模块和综合控制单元;试验件安装在激振换能器上,激振换能器为试验件提供水平向或竖直向的高频载荷激励;集中力模拟单元为试验件提供水平和竖直方向的集中力静载荷;水平定中单元和竖直定中单元分别用于抵消作用于激振换能器水平方向上和竖直方向上的集中力,使激振换能器的振动输出端、水平安装座和竖直安装座一直处于工作中位,能够正常激振;温湿度模拟单元为试验件提供温湿度环境;综合控制单元对上述单元进行协调控制,实现振动‑集中力‑温度复合控制。
