The invention provides an electric vehicle charging system and charging method based on a non-national standard charging pile. The charging system comprises a charging base, an electric vehicle communication controller, a vehicle-mounted charger, a high-voltage power distribution unit, a battery management system, a power battery pack and a whole vehicle control unit. The charging seat comprises a confirmation terminal, a direct current charging terminal and an alternating current charging terminal; the electric vehicle communication controller comprises a first access end and a second access end; the direct-current charging terminal is connected with the power battery pack through the high-voltage power distribution unit to form direct-current fast charging, and the alternating-current charging terminal is connected with the power battery pack through the vehicle-mounted charger and the high-voltage power distribution unit in sequence to form alternating-current slow charging; the first access end and the confirmation terminal, the second access end and the battery management system, and the battery management system and the vehicle-mounted charger are in communication interaction connection through a CAN. The charging system provided by the invention can carry out direct-current fast charging or alternating-current slow charging for charging piles with different standards.

    本发明提供一种基于非国标充电桩的电动汽车充电系统及充电方法,充电系统包括充电座、电动车辆通信控制器、车载充电机、高压配电单元、电池管理系统、动力电池包、整车控制单元;充电座包括确认端子、直流充电端子、交流充电端子,电动车辆通信控制器包括第一接入端、第二接入端;直流充电端子通过高压配电单元与动力电池包连接,形成直流快充,交流充电端子依次通过车载充电机、高压配电单元与动力电池包连接,形成交流慢充;第一接入端与确认端子、第二接入端与电池管理系统、电池管理系统与车载充电机均通过CAN进行通信交互连接。本发明提供的充电系统可以针对不同标准的充电桩进行直流快充或交流慢充充电。
