The invention discloses an air conflict resolution method and system based on a control rule, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the front information of an aircraft, and carrying out the conflict detection according to the front information of the aircraft, so as to pre-judge whether a flight conflict exists or not; if the flight conflict exists, generating a conflict resolution strategy according to the front information of the aircraft; and outputting the conflict resolution strategy to an air traffic control end so as to command a conflicting aircraft to carry out flight change avoidance according to the conflict resolution strategy. According to the invention, conflict detection is carried out by combining the flight trend of the aircraft and the spacing distance between the two aircrafts according to the front information of the aircraft, and corresponding conflict resolution strategies under different conflict scenes are generated by combining the conflict control rule, so that the conflict aircraft is commanded to carry out rerouting avoidance. An intelligent conflict resolution decision for solving conflict scenes such as two-aircraft head conflict, two-aircraft track crossing, same-direction conflict and vertical conflict is provided for the controller, the conflict resolution efficiency is high, and the conflict resolution ability of the controller and the air traffic control safe operation level are improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于管制规则的空中冲突解脱方法及系统,方法步骤包括:获取航空器前置信息,根据所述航空器前置信息进行冲突探测,以预判是否存在飞行冲突;若存在飞行冲突,根据所述航空器前置信息生成冲突解脱策略;将所述冲突解脱策略输出至航空管制端,以指挥冲突航空器根据所述冲突解脱策略进行改航避让。本发明根据航空器前置信息,结合航空器飞行趋势和两机间隔距离进行冲突探测,并结合冲突管制规则生成不同冲突场景下对应的冲突解脱策略,以指挥冲突航空器进行改航避让,为管制员提供解决两机对头冲突、两机航迹交叉、同向冲突以及垂直冲突等冲突场景的智能冲突解脱决策,冲突解决效率高,提升管制员冲突解脱能力和空管安全运行水平。
