A high-efficiency multi-channel constant-current ignition circuit comprises a control isolation circuit, a power conversion circuit, a low-dropout voltage stabilizing circuit and an error feedback circuit. The control isolation circuit is used for isolating a control signal of the CPU or the MPU from a power signal of the ignition circuit; the power supply conversion circuit is used for converting the output voltage of the direct-current power supply to a certain specific voltage value dynamically; the low-dropout voltage stabilizing circuit stabilizes the voltage of the power supply generated by the power supply conversion circuit, and finally outputs the power supply through the circuit output interface; the error feedback circuit compares a voltage value output by the circuit output interface with a reference and feeds back the voltage value to the power conversion circuit, and the voltage value is dynamically adjusted by the power conversion circuit. The integration degree of the ignition circuit can be improved, the instantaneity of a post-stage initiating explosive device is guaranteed, meanwhile, the dispersion degree of ignition current is reduced, and the requirement of ignition for a system power supply is lowered.

    一种高效率多通道恒流点火电路,包括:控制隔离电路、电源变换电路、低压差稳压电路、误差反馈电路。控制隔离电路用于将CPU或MPU的控制信号与点火电路的功率信号进行隔离;电源变换电路将直流电源的输出电压进行变换,动态变换到某一特定电压值;低压差稳压电路将电源变换电路产生的电源进行稳压,最后通过电路输出接口输出;误差反馈电路将电路输出接口输出的电压值与基准进行比较并反馈到电源变换电路,由电源变换电路动态调整。本发明能够提高点火电路的集成度、保证后级火工品瞬发度的同时减小点火电流的离散度并降低点火对系统供电电源的要求。
