The invention relates to a thermal control method for high thermal stability and low thermal control power consumption of an expanded star sensor assembly, belongs to the technical field of satellite thermal control, and solves the problem that the high thermal stability of the expanded star sensor assembly under the condition of complex and changeable space external heat flow cannot be realized with fewer resources in the prior art. Respectively applying films on the outer surface of the multi-section light shield of the star sensor and the upper surface of the upper cover of the electronic box of the star sensor, and folding the unfolded star sensor; performing thermal control treatment on the star sensor; pasting a heating sheet on the star sensor bracket to carry out closed-loop temperature control treatment; a star sensor and a star sensor support are installed in a heat insulation mode, and a star sensor assembly is obtained; the star sensor assembly and the remote sensing camera main bearing substrate are mounted in a heat insulation manner; and the upper part of the outer circle of the upper cover of the star sensor electronics box in the star sensor assembly is adhered to the multi-layer heat insulation assembly outside the satellite through a pressure-sensitive adhesive.
