The invention discloses a novel electromechanical actuating mechanism which comprises a box body and a brake head assembly arranged on the box body and used for making contact with wheels for braking, a locking nut is arranged on one side of the box body, and a telescopic mechanism used for pushing the brake head assembly to make contact with the wheels is arranged in the box body. A driving mechanism used for driving the telescopic mechanism to stretch out and draw back is arranged on the lower end face of the box body, the telescopic mechanism comprises a thrust sleeve, a ball screw nut, a ball screw and a connecting assembly, a needle bearing is arranged in the end, away from the brake head assembly, of the thrust sleeve, and the needle bearing is arranged on a locking nut. The device is simple in structure, reasonable in design, convenient to install, compact in structure and beneficial for achieving various functions, the applied braking force is monitored in real time, the collected real braking force is fed back to the controller, and the controller adjusts the input target current by comparing the difference between the real braking force and the target braking force, so that braking force closed-loop control is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种新型电机械执行机构,包括箱体和设置在箱体上用于与车轮接触制动的闸瓦托组件,所述箱体的一侧设置有锁紧螺母,所述箱体的内部设置有用于推动闸瓦托组件与车轮接触的伸缩机构,所述箱体的下端面上设置有用于驱动伸缩机构伸缩的驱动机构,所述伸缩机构包括有推力套筒、滚珠丝杆螺母、滚珠丝杆和连接组件,所述推力套筒远离闸瓦托组件一端的内部设置有滚针轴承,所述滚针轴承设置锁紧螺母上。本发明结构简单,设计合理,安装较为方便,结构紧凑,有利于各种功能的实现,实时监测施加的制动力,并将采集的真实制动力反馈给控制器,控制器通过对比真实制动力与目标制动力的差异,调节输入的目标电流,实现制动力闭环控制。
