The invention discloses a zero-gravity environment simulation device and method capable of compensating additional mass inertia force, and belongs to the field of micro-low gravity simulation tests.The device comprises a near-zero rigidity supporting assembly, a motion following assembly, an adjustable air floating platform assembly and an inertia force compensation assembly. The near-zero stiffness supporting assembly and the motion following assembly achieve vertical zero-gravity simulation, the air floating platform achieves horizontal zero-gravity simulation, and the inertia force compensation assembly comprises an inertia force compensation controller and a load acceleration sensor. The inertia force compensation controller is connected with the load acceleration sensor, the load acceleration sensor is responsible for monitoring the acceleration of the load equipment in the x direction, the y direction and the z direction in real time and transmitting acceleration signals to the inertia force compensation controller, and high-fidelity platform inertia force compensation is achieved by controlling the motion following assembly and the adjustable air floating platform assembly. The device and the method are high in response speed and high in precision, and can realize a high-fidelity zero-gravity simulation test in a large stroke.

    本发明公开一种可补偿附加质量惯性力的零重力环境模拟装置及方法,属于微低重力模拟试验领域,装置包括近零刚度支承组件、运动跟随组件、可调气浮平台组件和惯性力补偿组件。近零刚度支承组件和运动跟随组件实现垂向零重力模拟,气浮平台实现水平向零重力模拟,惯性力补偿组件包括惯性力补偿控制器和负载加速度传感器。惯性力补偿控制器与负载加速度传感器相连,负载加速度传感器负责实时监测负载设备x、y、z三个方向的加速度,并将该加速度的信号传递给惯性力补偿控制器,通过控制运动跟随组件和可调气浮平台组件,实现高保真的平台惯性力补偿。本发明装置和方法响应速度快,精度高,能够实现大行程内高保真的零重力模拟试验。
