The invention aims to provide a torque observer-based cooperative control method for a ship hybrid power intelligent power generation unit, which comprises an ammonia fuel engine and a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, the ammonia fuel engine adopts throttle torque control, and the three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor adopts rotating speed control; the ammonia fuel engine presets a smoke limit limit look-up table, a no-load ammonia injection amount MAP look-up table, a speed regulation ammonia injection amount MAP look-up table and a feed-forward ammonia injection amount dynamic correction look-up table, the smoke limit limit look-up table takes supercharging pressure, supercharging temperature and air flow as input, and the no-load ammonia injection amount MAP look-up table takes cooling water temperature and estimated rotating speed as input; the pedal position and the estimated rotating speed are used as input in the speed regulation ammonia injection amount MAP look-up table, the estimated rotating speed and the estimated torque are used as input in the feed-forward ammonia injection amount dynamic correction look-up table, and the ammonia injection amount is comprehensively optimized, so that the rotating speed of the ammonia engine is controlled. The engine rotating speed is estimated according to the motor rotating speed, the crankshaft rotating angle position is estimated according to the motor rotor position, and therefore the cost of an engine crankshaft sensor is saved.

    本发明的目的在于提供一种基于转矩观测器的船舶混合动力智能发电单元协同控制方法,包括氨燃料发动机、三相永磁同步电机,氨燃料发动机采用油门转矩控制,三相永磁同步电机采用转速控制;氨燃料发动机预制冒烟极限限制查表、空载喷氨量MAP查表、调速喷氨量MAP查表、前馈喷氨量动态修正查表,冒烟极限限制查表以增压压力、增压温度、空气流量为输入,空载喷氨量MAP查表以冷却水温,估计转速为输入,调速喷氨量MAP查表以踏板位置、估计转速为输入,前馈喷氨量动态修正查表以估计转速和估计扭矩为输入,来综合优化喷氨量从而控制氨发动机转速。本发明以电机转速估计发动机转速与以电机转子位置估计曲轴转角位置,从而节省了发动机曲轴传感器成本。
