A numerical control hydraulic swivel device is characterized in that an upper raceway and a lower raceway are both annular, the lower raceway is connected to the center of the upper side of a lower bearing platform, an annular groove is formed in the upper side of the lower raceway, a plurality of tapered rollers are connected to the annular groove in a rolling mode, and the upper side of the upper raceway is connected to the lower side of an upper bearing platform; the lower side of the lower raceway is located in the annular groove and makes contact with the tapered rollers, the outer side of the upper raceway is connected with an outer gear ring, oil ports of the hydraulic motors and oil ports of the hydraulic jacks are connected with the hydraulic pump station, the hydraulic jacks are circumferentially distributed on the upper side of the lower bearing platform, the output ends of the hydraulic jacks are connected with the upper bearing platform, and the output ends of the hydraulic jacks are connected with the lower bearing platform. The hydraulic motors are distributed on the upper side of the lower roller path in the circumferential direction, the output ends of the hydraulic motors are connected with gears, the gears are connected to the outer gear ring in a meshed mode, displacement sensors are installed between the output ends of the hydraulic motors and the gears, and the hydraulic control system is connected with the displacement sensors and the hydraulic pump station. According to the design, construction is convenient, and safety is high.

    一种数控液压转体装置,上滚道和下滚道均呈圆环形,下滚道连接于下承台的上侧的中心处,下滚道的上侧开设有环形槽,多个圆锥滚子滚动连接于环形槽,上滚道的上侧连接于上承台的下侧,下滚道的下侧位于环形槽内且与多个圆锥滚子均相接触,上滚道的外侧连接有外齿圈,多个液压马达、液压千斤顶的油口均与液压泵站相连接,多个液压千斤顶圆周分布于下承台的上侧,多个液压千斤顶的输出端与上承台相连接,液压马达沿圆周方向分布于下滚道的上侧,液压马达的输出端连接有齿轮,齿轮啮合连接于外齿圈,液压马达的输出端与齿轮之间安装有位移传感器,液压控制系统与位移传感器、液压泵站均相连接。本设计施工方便、安全性较高。
