The invention relates to a commercial vehicle brake air path air pressure monitoring implementation method which comprises the following steps: S1, when a vehicle is started, a brake instruction is sent, and a brake system receives the instruction and carries out brake work; s2, the monitoring device judges whether a vehicle braking system is damaged or not; and S3, the monitoring device monitors the brake gas circuit through a plurality of sensors. According to the commercial vehicle brake gas circuit air pressure monitoring implementation method, real-time control is carried out by a terminal controller through a monitoring device assembled at a key part of a brake gas circuit, monitoring data is transmitted to the controller in real time for data processing, and thus the controller transmits the processed data to an external display device or a vehicle CAN bus, so that the vehicle brake gas circuit air pressure monitoring implementation is realized. When the air pressure value of the sensor is lower than the set value, whether air leakage occurs or not can be judged, and the air leakage position can be found by comparing the numerical value of the sensor, so that the monitoring accuracy is improved, meanwhile, a vehicle owner and maintenance personnel can conveniently judge the leakage position, and follow-up vehicle maintenance work is facilitated.

    本发明涉及一种商用车制动气路气压监测实现方法,包括以下步骤:S1、车辆启动时,发送制动指令,由制动系统接收指令并进行制动工作;S2、监测装置对车辆制动系统进行判断,制动系统是否损坏;S3、监测装置通过多个传感器对制动气路进行监测。该商用车制动气路气压监测实现方法,通过装配在制动气路关键部位的监测装置,由终端控制器进行实时控制,监测数据实时传送至控制器进行数据处理,从而由控制器将处理后的数据传送外部显示装置或者车辆CAN总线,当传感器气压值低于设置值时,便可判断是否漏气,而比对传感器的数值,便可以查找漏气位置,从而即提高了监测精准度,同时还可以方便车主和维修人员判断泄露位置,方便后续对车辆的维修工作。
