The invention discloses a self-lifting multifunctional ocean platform adopting dynamic mooring and spiral power generation, which comprises an ocean platform structure, a lifting damping system, a dynamic mooring system and a power generation system, the ocean platform structure comprises a deck platform, a first upright post and a first lower floating body, and the two ends of the first upright post are respectively connected with the deck platform and the first lower floating body; the lifting damping system comprises a second stand column, a second lower floating body and a telescopic damping structure, the two ends of the second stand column and the two ends of the telescopic damping structure are connected with the deck platform and the second lower floating body respectively, the second stand column is of a telescopic structure, and the telescopic damping structure is used for reducing the relative movement speed and amplitude between the deck platform and the second lower floating body. The dynamic mooring system automatically adjusts the length of a mooring cable through lifting of the deck platform; the power generation system drives a generator to generate power by means of lifting motion of the deck platform. The mooring flexibility is considered while the freeboard of the ocean platform is lowered, power generation is considered, and the safety and economical efficiency of the ocean platform are improved.

    本发明公开了一种采用动态系泊及螺旋发电的自升降多功能海洋平台,包括海洋平台由自身结构、升降阻尼系统、动态系泊系统、发电系统,自身结构包括甲板平台、第一立柱、第一下浮体,第一立柱两端分别连接甲板平台和第一下浮体,升降阻尼系统包括第二立柱、第二下浮体、伸缩阻尼结构,第二立柱以及伸缩阻尼结构的两端均分别连接甲板平台和第二下浮体,第二立柱为可伸缩结构,伸缩阻尼结构用于减缓甲板平台与第二下浮体之间的相对运动速度及幅度;动态系泊系统通过甲板平台的升降自动调节系泊缆长度;发电系统借助甲板平台的升降运动驱动发电机发电。本发明在降低海洋平台干舷的同时考虑系泊的灵活性,并兼顾了发电提升了海洋平台的安全性及经济性。
