The invention provides a cooling system and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of vehicles. The cooling system comprises a water tank, a water pump, an engine, a control valve, an air conditioner assembly and a radiator. The water tank, the water pump, the engine and the liquid inlet end of the control valve are sequentially communicated. The first liquid outlet end of the control valve, the air conditioner assembly and the liquid inlet end of the water pump are sequentially communicated, and the second liquid outlet end of the control valve, the radiator and the liquid inlet end of the water pump are sequentially communicated. When the temperature of the engine is lower than the first temperature threshold value, the first liquid outlet end of the control valve is opened, the second liquid outlet end of the control valve is closed, and cooling liquid flowing out of the engine flows into the water pump through the liquid inlet end of the control valve, the first liquid outlet end and the air conditioner assembly. When the temperature of the engine is higher than the first temperature threshold value, the second liquid outlet end of the control valve is opened, the first liquid outlet end of the control valve is closed, cooling liquid flowing out of the engine passes through the liquid inlet end of the control valve, the second liquid outlet end and the radiator and then enters the water pump, and therefore the temperature of the engine is reduced, and the cooling effect of the cooling system is improved.
