The invention discloses a flexible loading and unloading traveling mechanism which is characterized by comprising an electrical device, a horizontal guide wheel group, a servo controller, an absolute value encoder, a portal frame, a KN trolley, a cart traveling mechanism and a portal frame guide rail, the portal comprises a front rail box-shaped main beam and an end beam which are formed by welding steel plates, the main beam is connected with the end beam through bolts, portal crane guide rails are arranged on the two sides of the bottom end of the main beam and can drive the main beam to move in the arrangement direction of the portal crane guide rails, and steel rails allowing the KN trolley to run are laid on the main beam. A cart running mechanism and an electrical device are installed on the other side of the main beam, the cart running mechanism adopts a separate driving mode, a horizontal guide wheel set is adopted for running, and the requirement for positioning precision is met. Workpiece tools are accurately grabbed by the flexible loading and unloading walking mechanism according to a set path through a special lifting appliance, and actions such as quenching, cleaning, tempering, caching and unloading of equipment on a heat treatment production line can be completed.

    本发明公开了一种柔性装卸料行走机构,其特征在于,包括电气装置、水平导向轮组、伺服控制器、绝对值编码器、门架、KN小车、大车运行机构和门机导轨;所述门架包括钢板焊成的正轨箱形主梁和端梁,所述主梁与端梁通过螺栓连接,所述主梁的底端两侧均设置有门机导轨,所述门机导轨能够驱动主梁沿着其设置的方向移动,所述主梁上铺设供KN小车运行的钢轨,所述主梁的另一侧安装有大车运行机构和电气装置,所述大车运行机构采用分别驱动形式,运行采用水平导向轮组,保证定位精度要求。本发明通过柔性装卸料行走机构按照设定的路径通过专用吊具准确抓取工件工装,可完成热处理生产线设备的淬火、清洗、回火、缓存、卸料等动作。
