The invention relates to a circuit for a high-voltage network of a vehicle, wherein the high-voltage network has at least two electrical energy accumulators. The circuit comprises at least a first switching unit, a second switching unit and a third switching unit, which are electrically connected to the poles of the electrical energy accumulators via pole connectors and enable a parallel connection and a series connection of the two electrical energy accumulators. Furthermore, the circuit comprises at least a fourth switching unit and a fifth switching unit, each of which is electrically connected to the pole connector and each of which is electrically connected to the load connection. The load connection is configured for electrical contact with an electrical load or a charging unit. The switching units can be switched between an electrically disconnected state in which the fourth switching unit and the fifth switching unit are electrically disconnected and an electrically connected state, the three switching units being produced as semiconductor structural elements, in the three switching units, at least one switching unit has two semiconductor structural elements and at least one other switching unit has only one semiconductor structural element.
