Concave deformation of the ship body in the fixing process can be effectively avoided.

    本发明公开了一种制造船舶的安全固定结构,包括传动箱,所述传动箱内转动连接有横移螺杆,所述传动箱内滑动设有横移螺母,所述横移螺母上固定设有用于固定船舶的支撑固定机构,所述支撑固定机构包括支撑座、支撑板、承托机构及调节机构,所述支撑座的上端开设有凹槽,所述支撑板转动设置在凹槽内,所述承托机构用于承托船舶。本发明通过利用支撑板的板面对船舶两侧进行固定,大大增加固定面积,同时设置承托机构主要承托船身的重量,如此可大大增强的对船舶固定的安全效果,同时对船身的支撑固定力分散在整个支撑板的板面,可有效避免在固定过程中对船身产生凹陷变形。
