The invention relates to a method and device for correcting the zero position of a push rod of an electronic brake booster, and the method comprises the steps: detecting the current working condition of the electronic brake booster of a vehicle; when it is detected that the current working condition is the push rod clamping stagnation working condition, the actual duty ratio of a push rod at the current moment is recognized, and the zero position of the push rod of the electronic brake booster is determined according to the actual duty ratio; and executing a preset correction action based on the push rod zero position so as to correct at least one of the pedal opening degree, the push rod stroke and the pedal stepping-down signal of the vehicle. According to the embodiment of the invention, when the push rod is blocked, the actual duty ratio of the push rod at the moment can be used as a new push rod zero position, so that parameters such as the pedal opening, the push rod stroke and a pedal stepping signal are corrected, the purpose of correcting the zero position of the push rod is achieved, the intelligence of a vehicle is improved, the driving experience of a user is improved, and the comprehensive safety protection level of the vehicle is effectively guaranteed.
