    本发明公开了一种应用在模式二随车充的透镜显示与触控工艺,涉及新能源汽车充电领域,包括盒体,所述盒体的内侧卡合有镜片,且盒体的内部安装有PCBA组件,所述镜片的背部设置有沾附贴片,且镜片上开设有显示透光区域。本发明通过设置的镜片和盒体,现将镜片背面的离型纸揭掉,通过治具将镜片贴在上盖对应的位置槽内,并使用治具预压10‑30s,使镜片重复接触与贴合,然后将PCBA组件组装在盒体内部,当PCBA组件显示时会通过镜片透明的位置显现出来,新的镜片在新能源模式二随车充的控制盒上使用,增加扩散光油的设计工艺,显示灯管柔和均匀,且不会看到内部裸板结构,另按键触发使用的时电容感应,产品使用体验好,使用周期长,质量稳定。
