本发明提供一种自修复轻质高亮PVC夜光膜,由PVC压延膜及膜层上的自修复透明涂层组成;其中,所述自修复透明涂层为聚氨酯涂层,涂覆于PVC压延膜的其中一面;PVC压延膜由以下重量份的组分组成:PVC树脂粉100份,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体30~60份,DOTP增塑剂30~40份,热膨胀微球2~5份,钡锌热稳定剂2~5份,夜光粉40~50份,丙烯酸酯类加工助剂1~4份;热膨胀微球发泡后的球体粒径大于夜光粉的粒径,从而使PVC压延膜的内部充满均匀分布的热膨胀微球发泡后的球体和夜光粉。本发明的夜光膜通过设计PVC膜的配方,在减少增塑剂的添加量的同时,提高膜的力学性能,同时极大地减轻膜的重量,并可实现耐刮擦自修复,解决夜光粉遇水潮解变质的问题。

    The invention provides a self-repairing light high-brightness PVC (polyvinyl chloride) noctilucent film. The self-repairing light high-brightness PVC noctilucent film consists of a PVC calendering film and a self-repairing transparent coating on a film layer, wherein the self-repairing transparent coating is a polyurethane coating and is coated on one surface of the PVC calendering film; the PVC calendering film is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC resin powder, 30-60 parts of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 30-40 parts of DOTP plasticizer, 2-5 parts of thermal expansion microspheres, 2-5 parts of barium-zinc heat stabilizer, 40-50 parts of noctilucent powder and 1-4 parts of acrylate processing aid. The particle size of the foamed spheres of the thermal expansion microspheres is larger than that of the noctilucent powder, so that the uniformly distributed spheres of the foamed thermal expansion microspheres and the noctilucent powder are filled in the PVC calendering film. According to the noctilucent film, by designing the formula of the PVC film, the mechanical property of the film is improved while the addition amount of the plasticizer is reduced, meanwhile, the weight of the film is greatly reduced, scratch-resistant self-repairing can be achieved, and the problem that noctilucent powder deliquesces and goes bad when encountering water is solved.
