The invention relates to a recovery device, a recovery system and a recovery method for an unmanned aerial vehicle. The recovery device for the unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a parachute bay; the front end of the cabin cover is connected to the front cabin wall of the parachute cabin through the cover opening assembly, and the rear end of the cabin cover is connected with a fuselage shell of the unmanned aerial vehicle through a first buckle part; a main parachute; a parachute guide parachute; the first end of the parachute opening spring is fixed to the inner side surface of the cabin cover, the second end of the parachute opening spring is pressed against the parachute main parachute, and the parachute opening spring is in a pre-compressed state. The recovery device does not need initiating explosive devices, the use, transportation and storage of the system are safe, the use and recovery of the system are controllable, and the devices of the system are easy to assemble and replace and low in cost. The parachute opening mode is high in reliability and good in stability, and smooth opening of the guide parachute is ensured.
