The invention aims to provide a hybrid power intelligent power generation cooperative control method based on position sensorless motor control, an ammonia fuel engine and a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor are included, and in order to overcome sensor redundancy caused by independent control of the ammonia fuel engine and the three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, an active flux observer is adopted to estimate the angle of a motor rotor; and estimating the rotating speed and the load torque of the motor by adopting an extended state observer. The engine rotation speed is estimated according to the motor rotation speed, the crankshaft rotation angle position is estimated according to the motor rotor position, and therefore the cost of an engine crankshaft sensor is saved, and the method can be applied to mass production.
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于无位置传感器电机控制的混合动力智能发电协同控制方法,包括氨燃料发动机、三相永磁同步电机,为了克服二者单独控制造成的传感器冗余,本发明采用有功磁链观测器来估计电机转子角度,采用扩张状态观测器来估计电机转速与负载扭矩。以电机转速估计发动机转速,以电机转子位置估计曲轴转角位置,从而节省了发动机曲轴传感器成本,可应用于大批量生产。
