According to the installation method of the detachable optical gyrocompass, accurate calibration and installation of the base and the bottom plate of the ship body can be achieved by means of the installation method, and meanwhile it is ensured that the optical gyrocompass outputs the real vertical and horizontal shaking and course numerical values of the ship body in combination with the three relative deflection angle values recorded during calibration. The optical gyrocompass is installed by adopting the method, the positions of the ship body base and the bottom plate are determined through one-time calibration, the ship body base and the bottom plate are fixed, the ship body base and the bottom plate are not affected even if internal components are dismounted and repaired subsequently, the detachable purpose is achieved, tungsten dismounting and repairing are not needed, and the cost is reduced. And inspection and maintenance can be carried out under the states of ship mooring, sailing and the like. Therefore, the replacement and installation cost of the ship optical gyrocompass is greatly reduced, and the detection and replacement of the optical gyrocompass are facilitated.

    本发明提供一种可拆式光学陀螺罗经的安装方法,利用该安装方法,可以实现对船体基座及底板的准确标校及安装,同时结合标校时记录的三个相对偏角值,确保光学陀螺罗经输出船体真实的纵横摇和航向数值。采用上述方法对光学陀螺罗经进行安装,通过一次标校确定好船体基座及底板的位置,并对其进行固定,后续即使对内部组件进行拆修,也不会对船体基座及底板造成影响,实现了可拆的目的,且不需要进钨拆修,可以在船舶系泊、航行等状态下进行检查、维修。从而大大降低船舶光学陀螺罗经更换、安装成本,方便光学陀螺罗经的检测更换。
