The building method comprises the steps that a subsection reversible deformation parameter during subsection assembly and an annular section reversible deformation parameter during annular block folding are built; the overall construction precision and the deformation condition in the overall construction process are analyzed, and the parameter value of the subsection reverse deformation amount during subsection assembly of each annular block is determined; each annular block is built, and after corresponding subsection reverse deformation is set for the subsections, the subsections are assembled and welded; determining a parameter value of the reverse deformation of the ring section by combining the deformation condition and the overall construction precision after the ring section is constructed; one annular block serves as a positioning reference, and folding welding is carried out after annular section reverse deformation is set for the annular blocks outside the positioning reference; and sequentially hoisting the deck sections for corresponding welding to form the giant block. The precision chain management and control of the whole construction process of the giant block can be realized, and the local cutting or inlaying of the giant block in the later period is reduced.
