The invention discloses a spring parking braking system and method based on an electro-hydraulic brake. The system comprises the electro-hydraulic brake, a parking braking electromagnetic valve, a parking braking oil pipe, a parking braking hydraulic cylinder, a piston, a parking braking spring, a parking braking handle, an inhaul cable, a lock catch, a ratchet bar, a balance rod, a left inhaul cable, a right inhaul cable and a wheel brake. Compared with manual parking braking, the parking braking device has the advantages of being large in braking force and easy to operate. Compared with common electronic parking braking, the spring is directly used as a power source, transmission mechanisms such as a parking braking motor, a worm and a worm gear are not needed, the structure is simple, and the cost is low. Even if the electrical system of the automobile is completely invalid, enough braking force can be generated, and the safety and the reliability are high. Meanwhile, the unsprung mass of the automobile is not increased, and the riding comfort of the automobile is not reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于电液制动器的弹簧驻车制动系统及方法,系统包括电液制动器、驻车制动电磁阀、驻车制动油管、驻车制动液压缸、活塞、驻车制动弹簧、驻车制动手柄、拉索、锁扣、棘齿条、平衡杆、左拉索、右拉索和车轮制动器。本发明与手动的驻车制动相比,具有制动力大,操作简单的优点。与常用的电子驻车制动相比,本发明直接利用弹簧作为动力源,不需要驻车制动电动机和蜗杆蜗轮等传动机构,结构简单,成本低。即使汽车的电气系统完全失效,也能产生足够的制动力,安全性和可靠性高。同时还不增加汽车的非簧载质量,不降低汽车的乘坐舒适性。
