Meanwhile, the clamping driving device drives the bearing block to be tightly attached to or separated from the outer side face of the tower drum through the transverse moving mechanism; when the multiple bearing blocks cling to the outer side face of the tower drum at the same time, the clamping driving devices bear the guide rail assembly, then the guide rail assembly supports the platform assembly, driving motors of the multiple clamping driving devices are started, the guide rail assembly rotates relative to the tower drum under cooperation of gears and rack structures at the ends of the driving motors, and lifting of the platform assembly is achieved; therefore, the working platform not only can be fixed on the wind power tower, but also can be lifted, and the convenience and safety of high-altitude operation are guaranteed.
