The invention discloses an integrated electric vehicle charging station based on an energy router, which comprises a container shell, a high-voltage wire inlet cabinet, a control cabinet, an energy router cabinet, a charging module cabinet, an energy storage battery cabinet, a PCS converter cabinet, a charging terminal and an access door, the rear-stage charging module converts 750V direct current into 200-750V direct current through DC-DC conversion, the 200-750V direct current is provided for charging a power battery of an electric vehicle, an energy storage battery is additionally arranged, application of new energy such as photovoltaic energy is achieved, and interconnection between a direct current port and a 380V power grid is achieved through a bidirectional converter. According to the invention, an industrial frequency transformer is canceled, the 10kV power grid is directly hung, the integrated design of the electric vehicle charging station is realized, and the rapid building, rapid deployment and rapid profit of the electric vehicle charging station are realized through a capital construction-free scheme.

    本发明公开了一种基于能量路由器的一体化电动汽车充电站,包括集装箱外壳,高压进线柜、控制柜、能量路由器柜、充电模块柜、储能电池柜、PCS变流器柜、充电终端和检修门,其前级通过能量路由器将10kV高压交流电变换至750V低压直流电,后级充电模块通过DC‑DC变换将750V直流电变换至200‑750V直流电,提供给电动汽车动力电池充电,另外设置有储能电池,实现光伏能源等新能源应用,通过一台双向变流器实现直流端口与380V电网互联。本发明取消了工频变压器,直挂10kV电网,实现电动汽车充电站一体化设计,通过免基建方案,实现电动汽车充电站快速建站,快速部署,快速盈利。
