The invention provides an electromagnetic propulsion system ground module installation and fine adjustment method and a ground module. The method comprises the steps that a propulsion module is moved in the direction close to a track beam in the normal direction till track beam bolts enter fixing bolt holes in the propulsion module, and an anchoring plate enters an anchoring plate groove in the propulsion module; insulating jackscrews penetrate through the jackscrew holes to adjust the distance between the propelling module and the track beam in the normal direction so that the normal gap between the propelling module and the track beam can be a set normal gap threshold value, and the normal gap between the propelling module and the track beam is filled with adhesive substances; a position adjusting assembly is arranged in a gap between the anchoring plate and the anchoring plate groove so as to adjust the transverse and longitudinal positions of the propelling module relative to the track beam; and the first suspension module and the second suspension module are fixedly connected with the propelling module, and installation and fine adjustment of the ground module are completed. By applying the technical scheme, the technical problems of high labor cost, low efficiency and low mounting precision in the prior art are solved.
本发明提供了一种电磁推进系统地面模组安装与精调方法及地面模组,包括:将推进模组沿法向朝向靠近轨道梁的方向移动直至轨道梁螺栓进入推进模组上的固定螺栓孔中,锚固板进入推进模组上的锚固板凹槽内;使用绝缘顶丝穿过顶丝孔调整推进模组与轨道梁之间的沿法向的距离以使推进模组与轨道梁之间的法向间隙为设定法向间隙阈值,在推进模组与轨道梁之间的法向间隙中填充胶黏物质;在锚固板与锚固板凹槽之间的空隙中配做位置调整组件以调整推进模组相对于轨道梁沿横向以及纵向的位置;将第一和第二悬浮模组与推进模组固定连接,完成地面模组的安装与精调。应用本发明的技术方案,以解决现有技术中人工成本高、效率低及安装精度低的技术问题。
