The invention relates to a regenerative braking control method based on parameter estimation. The method comprises the steps that structural parameters of a whole vehicle are obtained, and parameters in the vehicle running process are obtained through a sensor; constructing a vehicle model considering the estimation parameters; constructing a parameter estimator, and providing an accurate parameter estimation value; constructing an energy recovery optimization model and a torque distribution model, and obtaining a calculation coefficient of dual-motor regenerative braking corresponding to the highest efficiency of the dual-motor device under different rotating speeds on wheels and different regenerative braking total torque requirements; and according to the whole vehicle structure parameters, the parameter estimation values, ECE braking safety regulations and the ideal braking distribution curve, a braking safety area is calculated, a regenerative braking strategy is generated according to the calculation coefficient and the braking safety area, and the regenerative braking strategy enabling the regenerative braking energy recovery efficiency to be the highest is obtained. Parameter estimation is introduced before braking force distribution, so that the accuracy of braking distribution calculation dependent parameters is improved, the control effect of a vehicle regenerative braking system is improved, and the energy recovery efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及基于参数估计的再生制动控制方法,获取整车的结构参数以及利用传感器获取车辆行驶过程中的参数;构建考虑估计参数的车辆模型;构建参数估计器,提供一个精确的参数估计值;构建能量回收优化模型和转矩分配模型,获得轮上不同的转速和不同的再生制动总转矩需求下双电机装置效率最高时所对应的双电机再生制动的计算系数;根据整车结构参数和参数估计值、ECE制动安全法规以及理想制动分配曲线计算制动安全区域,根据计算系数和制动安全区域生成再生制动策略,获得使得再生制动能量回收效率最高的再生制动策略。在进行制动力分配前引入参数估计,以提高制动分配计算依赖参数的准确性,提高车辆再生制动系统的控制效果用以提高能量回收效率。
