The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and particularly discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle wing leading edge detachable structure oil tank and a forming method. The oil tank comprises a connecting assembly, an oil tank body and a fuel oil system assembly installed on the oil tank body; the outer side face of the fuel tank body and the aerodynamic appearance face of the wing leading edge are coplanar to form the lift characteristic face of the wing leading edge of the unmanned aerial vehicle. The forming method specifically comprises the following steps: paving, curing and forming all the parts; holes are formed in all the components; clamping and positioning the oil tank skin; a framework assembly in the oil tank body is clamped and positioned; performing normal-temperature cementing curing and nondestructive testing on the oil tank skin and the framework assembly; oil tank body seam external sealing construction; and a fuel system assembly and a sealing opening cover are installed. The device has good interchangeability and maintainability; the front edge oil tank is small in bearing capacity, small in deformation and small in oil seepage and leakage risk; and the gravity action of the fuel oil can counteract the pneumatic loaded deformation of the leading edge skin, so that the pneumatic lift effect of the wing of the unmanned aerial vehicle is ensured, and the aerodynamic force is improved.

    本发明涉及无人机技术领域,具体公开了一种无人机机翼前缘可拆式结构油箱及成型方法,油箱包括连接组件、油箱本体、以及安装在油箱本体上的燃油系统组件;油箱本体的外侧面与机翼前缘的气动外形面共面,形成无人机机翼前缘的升力特征面。其成型方法,具体包括:各部件铺贴及固化成型;各部件制孔;油箱蒙皮装夹定位;油箱本体中骨架组件装夹定位;油箱蒙皮、骨架组件常温胶接固化及无损检测;油箱本体缝外密封施工;安装燃油系统组件及密封口盖。本发明具有良好的互换性和维修性;前缘油箱承载小,变形小,渗油漏油风险小;且燃油重力作用可抵消前缘蒙皮的气动受载变形,保证了无人机机翼的气动升力效应,提高了气动力。
