The invention discloses a maritime work crane motion control system and a using method thereof. The maritime work crane motion control system comprises a man-machine interaction unit, a control unit, a sensor unit, a control valve group and other function groups, the man-machine interaction unit comprises a touch screen, a control panel and an electric control handle group; the control unit comprises an IO module, a PLC, a proportional valve, a relay and a remote module. The sensor unit comprises an encoder limit switch, a temperature sensor, a liquid level switch, a pressure switch, an angle sensor, a weight sensor and an anemograph; the control valve group comprises a lifting control valve group, a variable amplitude control valve group and a rotary control valve group; in application, a control signal sent by the electric control handle set is collected by the remote module and then transmitted to the PLC, the PLC generates a given signal, detects the system state at the same time, gives a corresponding control curve according to a speed mode and transmits the control curve to the proportional valve, and the proportional valve controls the control valve set to perform corresponding actions. Therefore, according to the design, the operation efficiency is high, and safety is achieved.

    一种海工起重机运动控制系统及其使用方法,其系统包括人机交互单元、控制单元、传感器单元、控制阀组与其他功能组;人机交互单元包括触摸屏、控制面板与电控手柄组;控制单元包括IO模块、PLC控制器、比例阀、继电器与远程模块;传感器单元包括编码器限位开关、温度传感器、液位开关、压力开关、角度传感器、重量传感器、风速仪;控制阀组包括起升控制阀组、变幅控制阀组与回转控制阀组;在应用中,电控手柄组发出的控制信号被远程模块采集,然后传递至PLC控制器,PLC控制器生成给定信号,同时检测系统状态,然后根据速度模式给予对应的控制曲线并传输至比例阀,比例阀控制控制阀组进行相应动作。因此,本设计不仅作业效率较高,而且较为安全。
