The invention discloses an urban air intersection design method, device and system based on an air route network structure, and the method comprises the steps: generating a topological structure diagram of the air route network structure based on the basic information of the air route network structure in a region; based on the topological structure chart of the airway network structure, obtaining preset indexes of each airway point node in the airway network, and selecting the airway point nodes of which the rankings meet a preset condition as airway points of a to-be-constructed intersection; based on the selected waypoints, an initial intersection is constructed at each waypoint according to an equal proportion, and an initial urban air intersection design scheme is obtained; constructing an urban air intersection multi-objective function optimization model with the purposes of maximizing the overall air route network capacity benefit and minimizing the transportation cost; and based on the initial urban air intersection design scheme and the urban air intersection multi-objective function optimization model, solving to obtain an optimal urban air intersection design scheme. Technical reference and basis are provided for planning and management of air traffic of smart cities in the future.

    本发明公开了一种基于航路网络结构的城市空中交叉口设计方法、装置及系统,方法包括基于区域内航路网络结构的基本信息,生成航路网络结构的拓扑结构图;基于航路网络结构的拓扑结构图,获取航路网络中各航路点节点的预设指标,选取各指标排名满足预设条件的航路点节点作为拟构建交叉口的航路点;基于选取的航路点,在各航路点处按等比例构建初始交叉口,得到初始城市空中交叉口设计方案;构建以整体航路网络容量效益最大、运输成本最低为目标的城市空中交叉口多目标函数优化模型;基于初始城市空中交叉口设计方案和城市空中交叉口多目标函数优化模型,求解得到最优的城市空中交叉口设计方案。本发明为未来智慧城市空中交通的规划与管理提供了技术参考和依据。
