According to the multifunctional cab suitable for the new energy forklift, firstly, through a guiding type fire extinguishing mechanism, a fire extinguishing medium can be quickly transferred to the periphery of the cab and a power battery area, so that the speed of transferring flames and dense smoke to the cab after the power battery area is on fire is effectively reduced, and the safety of the cab is improved; secondly, by means of temperature detection and automatic triggering of a fire extinguishing mechanism, the temperature of a power system area can be monitored in real time, in addition, when the temperature reaches the upper limit of a safety set value, an electromagnetic valve can be automatically triggered to be opened, a fire extinguishing medium can be rapidly sprayed out, and the emergency fire extinguishing effect is achieved; and finally, photovoltaic power generation is achieved through mutual cooperation of the photovoltaic power generation system and the standby power supply system, the utilization rate of clean energy is improved, and meanwhile when a power battery fires, the power battery can serve as a temporary standby power supply, so that the situation that fire extinguishing work is influenced due to the fact that an electromagnetic valve and a temperature sensor are in a power-off stop state is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种适用于新能源叉车的多功能驾驶室,首先通过引导式灭火机构,能将灭火介质快速的传递到驾驶室周围以及动力电池区域,使其有效压制动力电池区域起火后的火焰和浓烟向驾驶室传递的速度,达到延长驾驶人员的逃生时间,其次借助温度检测及自动触发灭火机构,不仅能实时监测动力系统区域的温度,此外当温度到达安全设定值上限后亦可自动触发电磁阀开启,利于灭火介质快速喷出,达到紧急灭火作用,最后由光伏发电系统和备用电源系统的相互配合,实现光伏发电,提高清洁能源利用的同时,当动力电池发生火灾后,能作为临时的备用电源,以免电磁阀和温度传感器处于断电停止状态,从而影响灭火工作的开展。
