The physical condition of the driver is known according to the electrocardio activity condition detected by the electrocardio detector. And the driver is reminded when the physical condition of the driver is poor, so that an accident caused by the poor physical condition can be prevented. Meanwhile, according to the hand-leaving action detected by the hand-leaving detector, the driving action of the driver is known, and the driver can be reminded when the driver does not drive in a standard mode, so that the accident probability caused by non-standard driving operation is reduced. The electrocardiogram detector and the hand separation detector are connected with the same left-hand electrode and the same right-hand electrode, so that the number of the electrodes can be reduced.
