The invention discloses a drowning rapid rescue boat which comprises a boat body, a lifesaving ball mechanism, propellers, steering propellers, an upper computer and a lower computer. The lifesaving ball mechanism is installed on the ship body and comprises a lifesaving ball unfolding mechanism, a lifesaving ball and a lifesaving ball storage mechanism, the lifesaving ball unfolding mechanism can enable the lifesaving ball to be inflated and unfolded, the inflated and unfolded lifesaving ball provides buoyancy, and the lifesaving ball storage mechanism can store the uninflated lifesaving ball; the propeller is installed at the tail of the ship body and drives the ship body to travel in water. The steering thruster part is installed at the bottom of the ship body and can rotate relative to the ship body, thrust in the same/opposite direction as thruster thrust is provided for the ship body, and then the ship body is accelerated/braked. The lower computer is carried on the ship body and can receive a control instruction sent by the upper computer to control the lifesaving ball mechanism, the propellers and the steering propellers to work, and then rescue work is completed. The problems that an existing unmanned rescue ship is low in rescue speed and cannot be rapidly braked, and the rescue efficiency is affected are solved.
