The joint of the inner longitudinal wall plate and the platform plate is rolled through the three-star roller of large cold bending equipment, one-time forming is achieved, the number of components and the welding workload of component splicing are reduced, deformation caused by welding shrinkage is effectively controlled, and the quality problems such as weld cracks are solved.
本发明公开了一种LNG船CM节点加工检验方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、对内纵壁板的中部采用三星辊辊轧,形成弧度为135度的圆弧;步骤二、采用第一样板检测内纵壁板上的圆弧是否加工到位;步骤三、对内纵壁板辊压处进行100%PT检测;步骤四、内纵壁板与平台板安装到位后,根据第一样板在内纵壁板下口画出150mm检验线;步骤五、在平台板与内纵壁板之间安装第二样板,将150mm检验线反驳到第二检验板上,检测平台板是否安装到位。本发明采用大型冷弯设备三星辊辊轧内纵壁板与平台板相接处,一次成型,减少构件数量及构件拼接的焊接工作量,从而有效控制焊接收缩引起的变形,避免焊缝裂纹等质量问题。
