The excitation characteristic simulation device of the bladed disc structure comprises a bladed disc structural member, a sound source excitation module, an induction assembly and a controller in signal connection with the induction assembly, the bladed disc structural member comprises a plurality of blades, and the sound source excitation module comprises a plurality of sound wave excitation sources in signal connection with the controller. The excitation characteristic simulation method of the bladed disc structure is used for simulating the excitation characteristic of the bladed disc structure. The electronic equipment and the non-instantaneous computer readable storage medium storing the computer instructions are used for executing the excitation characteristic simulation method of the leaf disc structure. The excitation characteristic simulation device and method of the bladed disc structure, the electronic equipment and the storage medium provided by the invention are used in a bladed disc structure simulation experiment.
