The exhaust heat recovery device comprises a power chamber hydrogen internal combustion engine, the heat recovery device is arranged above the power chamber hydrogen internal combustion engine, the heat recovery device comprises a heat exchange box, and exhaust of the power chamber hydrogen internal combustion engine is treated through the heat exchange box; the heat exchange box comprises a primary heat exchange box and a secondary heat exchange box, the primary heat exchange box is used for converting methanol and high-temperature water into high-temperature and high-pressure mixed steam, and the high-temperature and high-pressure mixed steam is used for hydrogen production; the secondary heat exchange box is used for conducting heat exchange treatment on desalted water and exhaust gas of the power chamber hydrogen internal combustion engine, and the desalted water is heated through heat exchange treatment to recover exhaust gas energy. According to the invention, methanol and water can be converted into high-temperature and high-pressure mixed steam by using heat in exhaust gas, and the mixed steam is conveyed to a hydrogen production device for producing hydrogen to be used by a hydrogen internal combustion engine.

    本发明公开了一种氢内燃机车排气热量回收装置及方法,包括动力室氢内燃机,所述热量回收装置设置于动力室氢内燃机上方,热量回收装置包括换热箱,动力室氢内燃机排气通过换热箱处理;所述换热箱包括一次换热箱和二次换热箱,所述一次换热箱用于甲醇及高温水转化为高温高压混合蒸汽处理,高温高压混合蒸汽用于制氢;所述二次换热箱用于脱盐水与动力室氢内燃机的排气进行换热处理,换热处理将脱盐水加热回收排气能量。本发明可利用排气中的热量将甲醇、水转换成高温、高压的混合蒸汽并输送给制氢装置用于制取氢气,供氢内燃机使用。
