A bus-mounted system collects vehicle position information and vehicle operation state information in real time, counts the number of passengers in the vehicle in real time, and sends the number of the passengers to the intelligent public transportation system; the bus dispatching simulation system comprises a dispatching management platform and a dispatching simulation platform, the dispatching management platform records real-time passenger flow volume data, manages historical passenger flow volume data and vehicle operation data, operates an intelligent bus demand response type dispatching algorithm and outputs a driving plan, and the dispatching simulation platform is a simulation environment of the intelligent bus demand response type dispatching algorithm. The bus station system counts station passenger flow volume data and passenger waiting time of bus stations, the bus station system counts bus departure interval data and bus departure numbers, and the bus mobile terminal service system collects car-pooling orders and car-packing orders of passengers. According to the invention, the problem of lack of a simulation scheme for an intelligent bus demand response type scheduling function is solved.
