The side-sway door opening mode is adopted, anti-pinch and anti-collision protection is achieved, the side-sway door opening device is suitable for multifunctional vehicles such as an SUV, and the problems that a traditional folding type vehicle door is limited to be opened in a narrow space and an electric sliding door needs to be designed to be hard in the design of a long vehicle body can be effectively solved.

    本发明公开了一种电动侧摆式车门及其控制方法,包括:车门外板;驱动电机,固定在汽车C柱内;减速机构,用于对驱动电机输入转矩进行减速增扭;传动机构,用于将减速机构输入的动力传递至所述车门外板,带动车门外板开启或关闭;障碍物探测装置,用于探测车门外板外侧的障碍物;控制装置,在接收到车门开启或关闭指令后,控制所述驱动电机启动;根据所述障碍物探测器的检测信号判断是否启动防碰程序;根据防夹条、所述驱动电机发出的检测信号判断是否启动防夹程序。本发明采用侧摆开启车门方式,且具有防夹、防碰保护,适用于SUV等多功能车辆,能够有效解决传统折页式车门在狭小空间开启的应用局限和电动滑门需要较长车身设计的硬性需求问题。
