The invention provides a control method capable of improving the position precision of an electric adjusting steering column, which comprises the following steps: detecting the rotation period of a motor output shaft of the electric adjusting column, forming an A-phase square wave, forming a B-phase square wave after delaying the A-phase square wave by an angle alpha, collecting the A-phase square wave and the B-phase square wave, and calculating to obtain the motion state and direction. The calculation mode is not detailed any more in the prior art. A corresponding relation is formed among the A-phase square wave, the B-phase square wave and the rotation angle of the motor output shaft. By calculating the A-phase square wave and the B-phase square wave which are delayed by 90 degrees, the precision can be controlled from 180 degrees to 90 degrees, the precision is higher, and therefore control over the electric steering column is improved.
本发明提供一种可提高电动调节转向管柱位置精度的控制方法,包括以下步骤:检测电动调节管柱的电机输出轴转动周期,形成A相方波,将A相方波迟滞角度α后,形成B相方波,采集A相方波和B相方波,进行计算,得出运动状态和方向,这个计算方式现有技术,不再详述。A相方波、B相方波以及电机输出轴转动角度之间形成对应关系。通过A相方波,迟滞90°形成B相方波,对两者计算,能够将精度从180°控制到90°,精度更高,从而提高对电动转向柱的控制。
