The invention relates to a mechanical structure working platform automatic control system and method based on multi-mode perception, and belongs to the field of mechanical structure working platform control. The system comprises a measurement sensing module, an information processing module, a remote control module and an automatic execution module. Comprehensive situation information of a platform is obtained by arranging measurement sensing devices such as a laser range finder, a height coding/code scanner, an oil cylinder stroke detector and an image recording and recognizing device at specific positions of the working platform; the information processing module processes the situation information and transmits a calculation result to the remote control module in real time, and the remote control module adjusts start and stop actions and flow of the hydraulic system in real time according to parameters such as distance and height and drives automatic execution modules such as a hydraulic oil cylinder to achieve acceleration, deceleration or start and stop of platform actions. According to the invention, the safety of platform action is improved to a certain extent, and the possibility of misoperation of personnel is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种基于多模态感知的机械结构工作平台自动控制系统及方法,属于机械结构工作平台控制领域。本发明的系统包括测量感知模块、信息处理模块、远程控制模块及自动执行模块,通过在工作平台的特定位置设置激光测距仪、高度编码/扫码器、油缸行程检测仪、图像记录与识别装置等测量感知装置获取平台的综合态势信息;信息处理模块处理态势信息并将计算结果实时传输给远程控制模块,远程控制模块根据距离、高度等参数实时调节液压系统的启停动作与流量,驱动液压油缸等自动执行模块实现平台动作的加速、减速或启停。本发明在一定程度上还提升了平台动作的安全性,减少了人员误操作的可能性。
