    本发明公开了一种汽车减震塔加工装置,包括有基座构件与成型机构,所述基座构件的一端上方设置有螺栓装配的上料组件,所述基座构件的长顶侧设置有螺栓装配的调直机构,所述调直机构的内边侧设置有螺栓装配的加热机构。该发明装置主要是利用气动升降架将横条进行支撑,由于横条的两侧设置有液压伸缩条,这样生产加工时,能够根据产品成型的长短进行设置调节,让导向部件将原料导向后精准的绕接在承载棒上,通过旋转电机与花键轴的相互配合下,使得承载棒在丝杆组与滑块的共同作用下,让原料一次全长度成型,从而实现一次性加工成型的作用,这样可避免多次的取料,适合于各类型号的减震器加工,从而提升了加工的效率。
