The invention discloses a commercial vehicle traction seat which is prepared by adopting a hydraulic die forging method and specifically comprises a saddle plate and a pair of saddle tail plates, and a saddle wear-resistant point mounting plate surface, a handle operation general assembly assembling surface and reinforcing ribs are formed on the saddle plate and the pair of saddle tail plates; a saddle lock hook fixing hole is formed between the connecting positions of the pair of saddle tail plates and the saddle plate, and a pair of saddle lock block connecting and fixing holes are symmetrically formed in the outer side of the saddle lock hook fixing hole. Four saddle support connecting holes are formed in the assembling face of the handle operation general assembly and are coaxial. The invention further discloses a hydraulic die forging preparation method of the commercial vehicle traction seat and a die. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, smelting; step 2, liquid die forging; step 3, saw cutting treatment; step 4, T6 treatment; and 5, machining treatment is conducted. The method is integrally achieved through the liquid die forging technology, a traditional steel plate welding technology is replaced, and the product safety coefficient is larger than that of an original steel part structure.

    本发明公开的商用车牵引座,其采用液压模锻方法制备而成,具体包括鞍座鞍板和一对鞍座尾板,在鞍座鞍板和一对鞍座尾板上成型有鞍座耐磨点安装板面、手柄操作总装装配面、加强筋;在一对鞍座尾板与鞍座鞍板连接处之间成型有一鞍座锁钩固定孔,在鞍座锁钩固定孔的外侧对称成型有一对鞍座锁块连接固定孔;在手柄操作总装装配面成型有四个鞍座支架连接孔,四个鞍座支架连接孔同轴。本发明还公开了该商用车牵引座液压模锻制备方法以及模具,其制备方法包括:步骤1:熔炼;步骤2:液态模锻;步骤3:锯切处理;步骤4:T6处理;步骤5:机加工处理。本发明通过液态模锻工艺一体化实现,代替传统的钢板焊接工艺,产品安全系数大于原钢件结构。
