Comprising an emergency quick valve, and a heat exchanger is connected with a high-speed diffusion section through a wind tunnel heat exchanger connecting pipeline, a bypass backflow adjusting valve and a high-speed diffusion section reentry pipeline in sequence; the wind tunnel plenum chamber is intersected and communicated with the wind tunnel heat exchanger connecting pipeline through a plenum chamber connecting pipeline; an emergency quick valve is arranged on the plenum chamber connecting pipeline; when an aeroelastic experiment is carried out, high-pressure gas of the heat exchanger can rapidly flow into a low-pressure wind tunnel plenum chamber by opening the emergency rapid valve, and then the test Mach number is rapidly reduced to protect an aeroelastic model from being damaged; when a supersonic speed test is carried out, high-pressure gas of the heat exchanger is controlled to flow into the low-pressure high-speed diffusion section by adjusting the bypass backflow adjusting valve, and stable establishment of a wind tunnel flow field is achieved.

    一种跨超声速风洞的安全稳定运行控制系统及设计方法,属于航空气动力试验技术领域,本发明为了解决风洞气弹试验可能发生颤振损坏飞行器以及超声速试验运行不稳定的问题。包括应急快速阀门,换热器依次通过风洞换热器连接管路、旁通回流调节阀和高速扩散段再入管路与高速扩散段相连;风洞驻室通过驻室连接管路与风洞换热器连接管路相交连通,驻室连接管路上设有应急快速阀门;进行气弹实验时,打开应急快速阀门可使换热器的高压气体迅速流入低压的风洞驻室,进而快速降低试验马赫数来保护气弹模型不被破坏;进行超声速试验时,通过调节旁通回流调节阀,使换热器高压气体受控流入低压的高速扩散段,实现风洞流场的稳定建立。
