The invention discloses a sand gravel/rockfill gradation automatic detection method and system based on image recognition, and relates to the technical field of sand gravel/rockfill gradation detection, and the method comprises the steps: recognizing and storing the license plate information of a transport vehicle; the transport vehicle triggers the photoelectric sensor; the industrial camera is used for automatically shooting sand gravel/rockfill loaded by the current transport vehicle; the sand gravel/rockfill image recognition and grading detection program is used for recognizing and judging the shot sand gravel/rockfill picture, generating a grading curve and judging whether the grading curve meets the filling requirement or not; submitting a grading detection result of the current transport vehicle; opening a barrier gate in front of the transport vehicle; and after the transport vehicle passes, the barrier gate is closed. The method has the advantages that construction links do not need to be added, the detection work efficiency is high, the detection frequency is high, filling material sources and filling positions are completely recorded, remote control management can be achieved and the like, and the blank that mature sand gravel/rockfill gradation rapid detection does not exist at present can be filled.

    本发明公开了基于图像识别的砂砾石/堆石级配自动检测方法及系统,涉及砂砾石/堆石级配检测技术领域,包括对运输车辆的车牌信息进行识别并存储;运输车辆触发光电传感器;工业相机对当前运输车辆所载砂砾石/堆石进行自动拍摄;砂砾石/堆石图像识别和级配检测程序对所拍摄的砂砾石/堆石照片进行识别判断,生成级配曲线并判定是否满足填筑要求;报送当前运输车辆级配检测结果;运输车辆前方道闸打开;运输车辆通过后,道闸关闭。本发明具有无需增加施工环节、检测工作效率高、检测频次高、填筑料源来源及填筑位置全纪录、可以实现远程控制管理等优点,可以弥补目前尚无成熟的砂砾石/堆石级配快速检测的空白。
