The invention discloses a pole transformer vertical hoisting method. The pole transformer vertical hoisting method comprises the following steps that a fixed cross arm is arranged between two electric poles; and the transformer is fixed on the fixed cross arm. The hoisting cross arm is fixed between the two electric poles, the hoisting cross arm is located above the fixed cross arm, and the guide chain is arranged on the lower portion of the hoisting cross arm. The transformer and the fixed cross arm are lifted to the designed installation height through the guide chain, and the fixed cross arm is fixed to the two electric poles. According to the pole-mounted transformer vertical hoisting method, large hoisting equipment does not need to be used for construction, the construction cost is remarkably reduced, meanwhile, the transformer can be protected from damaging electronic elements and paint layers during hoisting operation, the construction efficiency is improved, meanwhile, energy is saved, consumption is reduced, and the problems that the transformer is low in installation efficiency and high in cost are solved. According to the pole-mounted transformer vertical hoisting method, closed road section construction is not needed, the influence on road traffic is reduced to the minimum, and the requirements of civilized construction and green construction are met.
