The invention relates to a rudderpost connecting structure, in particular to a ceramic-based composite rudderpost connecting structure, a hole forming tool of the ceramic-based composite rudderpost connecting structure and a manufacturing method of a riveting hole. The technical problem that reliable connection between an existing ceramic-based composite rudder shaft and a rudder body is difficult to achieve is solved. The rudder shaft connecting structure comprises a rudder body and a rudder shaft. The rudder body comprises a rudder shaft reducing sleeve arranged on the rudder shaft in a sleeving mode, a semi-arc-shaped gasket assembly, a first arc-shaped gasket, a second arc-shaped gasket, a skin assembly and a rudder shaft spanwise box-shaped piece, wherein the rudder shaft reducing sleeve is sequentially sleeved with the semi-arc-shaped gasket assembly, the first arc-shaped gasket, the second arc-shaped gasket and the skin assembly from inside to outside, and the rudder shaft spanwise box-shaped piece is connected with the bottom face of the rudder shaft reducing sleeve. The rudder shaft reducing sleeve comprises a semicircular curved surface structural plate attached to the rudder shaft and a plane bottom plate making contact with the bottom face of the rudder shaft. The semi-arc-shaped gasket assembly comprises a first semi-arc-shaped gasket and a second semi-arc-shaped gasket; the skin assembly comprises a first skin and a second skin; and the rudder shaft and the rudder body are riveted into a whole through a pin. The invention further provides a drilling tool and a riveting hole manufacturing method for the rudder shaft connecting structure.

    本发明涉及一种舵轴连接结构,具体涉及陶瓷基复材舵轴连接结构及其制孔工装、铆接孔的制作方法。解决了现有陶瓷基复材舵轴与舵体难以实现可靠性连接的技术问题。本发明舵轴连接结构包括舵体和舵轴,舵体包括套装在舵轴上的舵轴转接套,由内至外依次套设在舵轴转接套上的半弧形垫片组件、第一弧形垫片、第二弧形垫片、蒙皮组件,以及与舵轴转接套底面连接的舵轴展向盒型件。舵轴转接套包括与舵轴贴合的半圆形曲面结构板以及与舵轴底面接触的平面底板;半弧形垫片组件包括第一半弧形垫片和第二半弧形垫片;蒙皮组件包括第一蒙皮和第二蒙皮;舵轴和舵体通过销钉铆接成一整体。本发明还提供了用于上述舵轴连接结构的制孔工装以及铆接孔制作方法。
