The invention provides a control method for a parking brake cylinder of a railway wagon, which comprises the following steps of: directly communicating the parking brake cylinder with a spring energy storage mechanism with an auxiliary air cylinder, charging air to the auxiliary air cylinder and the parking brake cylinder through a train pipe to constant pressure, enabling the parking brake cylinder and an air brake system to be in a complete release state, and controlling the parking brake cylinder according to different braking requirements of the railway wagon. And a parking brake cylinder is controlled to adopt different braking modes. The parking brake cylinder is connected to the auxiliary air cylinder, the work of the parking brake cylinder is controlled through the air pressure change in the auxiliary air cylinder, the parking brake cylinder can be in a braking state only under the condition of long-time parking braking, the parking brake cylinder is in a relieving state under other conditions, and the problem of braking force superposition during emergency braking of a railway wagon can be effectively solved. The problem of braking force superposition of the parking brake cylinder during emergency braking of a train is solved, the air consumption of the train is reduced, the requirement for tippler operation on the train is met, unstable performance caused by arrangement of a pneumatic control valve is avoided, and the braking performance is safe and reliable.

    本发明提供一种铁路货车驻车制动缸控制方法,将带弹簧蓄能机构的驻车制动缸与副风缸直接连通,通过列车管给副风缸和驻车制动缸充风至定压,使驻车制动缸与空气制动系统处于完全缓解状态,根据铁路货车制动要求不同,控制驻车制动缸采取不同的制动方式。将驻车制动缸连接至副风缸,利用副风缸内气压变化控制驻车制动缸的工作,使驻车制动缸在长时间驻车制动的情况下才会处于制动状态,其余情况下均处于缓解状态,能有效避免铁路货车在紧急制动时制动力叠加的问题。本发明解决驻车制动缸在列车紧急制动时发生制动力叠加的问题,降低列车用风量,满足列车上翻车机作业,避免设置气动控制阀导致性能不稳定,制动性能安全可靠。
