The invention discloses a charging pile collision detection device and method. The charging pile collision detection device comprises a charging pile mainboard and a tilt angle sensor. The charging pile mainboard comprises an emergency stop detection loop and a DI signal detection port. The tilt angle sensor is provided with a breakable contact and comprises a bottom tilt angle sensor, a front-back tilt angle sensor and a left-right tilt angle sensor; the bottom tilt angle sensor is arranged at the bottom of the charging pile, the bottom tilt angle sensor comprises a second tilt angle sensor, and the second tilt angle sensor is connected to the sudden stop detection loop and the DI signal detection port; the front-back tilt angle sensor and the left-right tilt angle sensor are arranged on the side wall of the charging pile and are in communication connection with the DI signal detection port. The situation that a non-vehicle-mounted charger cannot detect whether the non-vehicle-mounted charger is collided or knocked down, potential safety hazards are likely to happen when charging continues, and personnel and property losses are caused is avoided, and therefore the safety and reliability of the charging pile are improved.

    本发明公开一种充电桩碰撞检测装置及其方法,包括充电桩主板、倾角传感器;所述充电桩主板包括急停检测回路、DI信号检测口;所述倾角传感器具有可断开的触点,所述倾角传感器包括底部倾角传感器、前后倾角传感器、左右倾角传感器;所述底部倾角传感器设置于充电桩底部,所述底部倾角传感器包括第二倾角传感器,所述第二倾角传感器连接于所述急停检测回路以及DI信号检测口;所述前后倾角传感器和左右倾角传感器分别设置于充电桩侧壁,并通讯连接到所述DI信号检测口。避免了非车载充电机无法检测自身是否被碰撞或撞倒,而继续充电容易发生安全隐患,导致人员和财产的损失的情况,从而提高充电桩的安全性和可靠性。
