The invention provides an offshore wind power hoisting method which comprises the following steps: (1) initial placement: a floating foundation is placed on the sea surface at the position where a wind turbine generator is to be installed, a closed space is arranged in the floating foundation, water is contained in the closed space, and an air inlet pipeline is arranged at the top or the upper part of the closed space; (2) stacking the tower drums: stacking the wind power tower drums on the floating foundation step by step; (3) a fan is placed, specifically, the fan and blades of wind power are installed on the last-stage tower drum; and (4) floating operation: discharging water in the closed space to enable the floating foundation to float after air enters the floating foundation. The position, higher than the sea level, of the working plane of next hoisting can be kept basically unchanged all the time, meanwhile, the nearly-hoisted part sinks, the hoisting difficulty is lowered, installation is easy and convenient, the device is suitable for deeper sea areas, and the requirement for meteorological conditions in the window period is lower.

    本发明提供了一种海上风电吊装方法,包括如下步骤:①初始放置:在待安装风电机组的位置,放置一漂浮基础于海面,漂浮基础内有封闭空间,封闭空间中有水,封闭空间顶部或上部有进气管道;②叠放塔筒:在漂浮基础上逐级叠放风电的塔筒;③安放风机:在末级塔筒上安装风电的风机及叶片;④浮出运行:派出封闭空间中的水使漂浮基础进气后上浮。本发明能够始终保持下一次吊装的工作平面高出海平面位置基本不变,同时已近吊装完成的部分下沉,降低了吊装难度,安装简便,适用于更深海域、对窗口期气象条件要求更低。
